Miscellaneous

鲸鱼电竞即时v7.4 安卓版 LLC reserves the right to terminate or otherwise suspend Subscriber’s account if the Subscriber or their callers are abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise inappropriate to 鲸鱼电竞即时v7.4 安卓版 LLC receptionists or service providers.

鲸鱼电竞即时v7.4 安卓版 LLC reserves the right to not respond to requests, or terminate Subscriber’s account, if:
鲸鱼电竞即时v7.4 安卓版 LLC suspects that a request constitutes or otherwise relates to fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity;
鲸鱼电竞即时v7.4 安卓版 LLC suspects that the request relates to a sexual or otherwise potentially illicit encounter; or
The Subscriber harass, or otherwise make inappropriate comments or suggestions to 鲸鱼电竞即时v7.4 安卓版 LLC staff or personnel.

The laws and jurisdiction of the state of Virginia shall govern any and all matters of dispute between 鲸鱼电竞即时v7.4 安卓版 LLC. and the Client. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stafford County, Virginia, and the parties irrevocably consent to jurisdiction in such courts.

Jurisdiction
